Professional Dangerousness Training in St. Cloud, MN
*Hosted by the Ellison Center.
"Beyond Good Intentions: Understanding Professional Dangerousness," taking place on Thursday, May 1, 2025. This engaging training is designed for professionals working with vulnerable populations, offering crucial insights into ethical decision-making, reflective practice, and minimizing harm in our work.
Do any of these resonate with your experience at work?
Wishing a client would cancel or not answer the door
Avoiding conflicts or hard conversations
Feeling isolated in your work
You’re not alone: These common patterns often emerge from stress, burnout, or systemic pressures. Over time, they can unintentionally impact the safety and well-being of the families we aim to support—a concept known as Professional Dangerousness (PD).
Jess has been busy working on active projects.
You will see a few in this portfolio.
She is working on some new projects (visioning as a practice in child welfare, masterclasses, research projects, guest speaking, and new reflective coaching clients.)
NOTE FROM JESS………………….
Working with Human Service systems remains my deep rooted passion, specifically within the field of child welfare. My reflective coaching with groups and individuals will continue to take place in the arena of human services. Additionally, I have also found that I enjoy participating in other arenas, such as, writing, hosting and facilitating raw conversations, and participating in conversations that stir action that benefits collective wellbeing!
With love,
Jess
